Happy Birthday, Marines

Today marks the 237th birthday of the of the finest fighting force the world has ever seen, the United States Marine Corps.

Founded on November 10, 1775 at Tun Tavern in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Marines have been the "Tip of the Spear" of America's fighting forces for 237 years and counting. The Marines have a long and storied history of defending freedom and protecting liberty all over the world.

As a proud member of the United States Marine Corps fraternity, I am happy to say, "Semper Fidelis" (Always Faithful) to my fellow Marines – past, present and future.
